General Dentistry

Whether you’re a child beginning your dental journey or a senior maintaining the integrity of your teeth, we believe in fostering positive habits and using the latest diagnostic technology to pinpoint issues early.

We take the time to review imaging results with patients of all ages and develop treatment plans that support both short- and long-term oral health.

Routine Check-up & Preventative Dentistry

At a twice-yearly checkup, patients first see the dental hygienist, who performs a thorough cleaning, polishing, and fluoride treatment if needed. Digital X-rays are taken, and then the dentist reviews the images and performs a comprehensive exam—evaluating the teeth, gums, and jaw, and screening for oral cancer.

Dental Cleanings

A thorough cleaning is the first line of defense in keeping your teeth healthy for a lifetime. Prevention is key to avoiding decay, gum disease, and other conditions. Because we care for each patient holistically, we take the time to discuss brushing, flossing, diet, lifestyle, and habits to avoid.

Sealants

We recommend sealants—especially for children—to protect the deep grooves of molars where decay often starts. This simple, painless procedure can reduce cavity risk by up to 80%. Cavity-prone adults may also benefit.

Fluoride Treatments

Fluoride is a natural mineral that plays a key role in protecting your tooth enamel from acids, sugars, and bacteria. As children’s teeth grow, fluoride is absorbed into the enamel, which makes teeth more durable and better protected in the long term. Professional application of fluoride can also remineralize early decay and reduce sensitivity in children and adults.

Digital X-Rays

The more precise our images, the better our ability to diagnose. That’s why we’ve invested in CBCT (cone beam computed tomography), which provides detailed 3D imaging of dental structures. It uses a low dose of radiation and allows us to see hidden issues within the teeth, gums, and jaws.

Custom Night Guards

Teeth grinding during sleep can lead to chipped or broken teeth, jaw pain, and headaches. A custom-made night guard fits perfectly to your bite, cushions and protects the teeth, reduces muscle tension, and helps you sleep comfortably.
