What To Expect When You Visit

We like to get your medical history in advance of the first visit, so please fill out the online form. Or you can also show up 15 minutes early and fill out the forms in our office.

We enjoy giving first-time patients a tour of our offices. We want you to feel welcome here! You’ll meet with the hygienist, who will take a series of images and do a deep clean and polish of your teeth.

Then our dentist will perform a comprehensive exam, including oral cancer screening, and recommend a treatment plan based on the x-rays. Throughout your first visit, and every one after that, your comfort and trust is our primary goal.

What You’ll Need To Get Ready

For Your Visit:

We accept Delta Dental, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Sun Life. We go the extra mile to help patients get the most out of their benefits and submit all claims on your behalf. To make care more accessible, we offer easy-to-manage financing options.

We want our loyal patients to enjoy lifelong preventive care. For $425 per year, members receive two healthy-mouth cleanings and exams, annual X-Rays (PAN, four bitewings, two PAs), and 25% off any treatment.
